Coconut chocolate protein balls
-1 Cup overnight soaked Golden raisins
-11/2 scoops Chocolate plant-based protein powder
-1 Pinch of Pink Sea Salt
-1 Cup Raw Almond
-2 Tbsp Coconut shredded, unsweetened
-1 Tbsp Chia Seeds.
-2 Tbsp Almond Butter
Strain the water from Raisins. First add all the nuts together and almond butter put them in blender you can add 2 or 3 tbsp of water for fine consistency. When you see nice buttery texture add raisins and coconut in it blend it well,use spatula in between if needed. Roll dough into balls, coat each ball with shredded coconut, and place on a plate. For firmer consistency, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Store rest of the balls in an airtight container.
