Coconut Almond Milk Bites


Ingredients :

-1 Cup Dry Grated Coconut

-¾ Cup Sugar

-¼ Cup Milk

-1 Tbsp Clarify Butter (Ghee) or Unsalted Butter

-1 Tsp Cardamom Powder

-¾ Cup Milk Powder


Method:

Mix well all the ingredients together and place it in a glass bowl in a microwave and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Check in between once or twice, stir it and if it looks too runny then keep cooking more for further few minutes until its thick. Let it cool down. Furthermore, make small balls or bites of your choice. Lastly, Garnish it with saffron strands and crushed pistachios.

It can be preserved in a fridge for about a week. It can be consumed straight out of fridge or can be served warm by placing it in a microwave for 10 seconds
