Chai Chia Seed Pudding
-300 ml Almond/ Coconut/ Soy/ or any milk of your choice.
-1½ Tbsp Maple Syrup
-2 Tbsp Chaium Tea
-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
-8 Tbsp Chia Seeds
-5 to 8 Crushed Almonds
Firstly, We need Chai Flavoured Milk Base by boiling choice of your milk with 2Tbsp of Chaium Tea and let it cool down strain it in a big bowl. Furthermore, add all the ingredients in it and stir well until you see no lumps try to use egg beater. Once you have nice consistancy portion it in Glass Cups and place it in fridge for overnight or for atleast 4 to 5 hours. It can be served directly taking it out of fridge.
(Tip: For Best Chai Flavour, bring milk to boil first, then add Chaium tea, turn off the heat and let tea sit until you see nice color and aroma than strain it.)
